Downloading

If you have downloading issues:

1. Contact your agency management system (AMS) company and gather the following information:

  • What on their end is causing the issue/what is the problem?
  • Which fields are affected by the issue?
  • What should you be seeing if it was working correctly?

2. After you gather the information, contact the Grinnell Mutual sales support specialist for your state. (Your AMS may also contact the appropriate specialist directly.)
