Mandy started her insurance career as an independent agent and has been with Grinnell Mutual since 2007. She joined Grinnell Specialty Agency in 2015. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Masters in Leadership Studies. Mandy and her husband have two children.

Broker | Leann Clemann, API, AINS
Leann began her insurance career as an independent agent and joined Grinnell Mutual in 1994 as an assistant underwriter for personal lines. She holds personal and commercial licenses and has been a broker for Grinnell Specialty Agency since 2007. Leann has also earned her Foundations of Leadership certificate. She and her husband have three children and nine grandchildren.

Broker | Susan Oster, CPS, AIS, AINS, AU, ACS
Susan earned a B.A. in Recreation Education from the University of Iowa. She began her career with Grinnell Mutual as an administrative assistant in 1989 and has been a broker with Grinnell Specailty Agency since 2013. She holds personal, commercial, and surplus lines licenses and has appointments in Grinnell Mutual's 12-state direct lines territory. Susan is also on the company's Employee Events committee and earned a Foundations of Leadership certificate. She enjoys spending time with her two children and stays active with biking, skiing, kayaking, and boating on Lake Okoboji.

Broker | Karissa Chapman
Karissa earned an A.A. in Business Administration from Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). She has worked at Grinnell Mutual since 2007. After working as a claims assistant and an assistant underwriter in personal lines, she joined Grinnell Specialty Agency as an administrative assistant in 2013. In 2014, Karissa was promoted to broker. She has earned her Foundations of Leadership certificate and is currently working on her Associate in General Insurance designation. In 2019, she was accepted into the Poweshiek Leadership Program. Karissa and her husband have two children.

Broker | Scott Ewing
Scott has been a broker for Grinnell Specialty since 2017. Before joining Grinnell Mutual, he was an agency producer and then agency manager. He holds property-casualty and a life and health licenses. Prior to joining Grinnell Specialty,Scott was an agency producer and then agency manager. Scott and his wife have two sons.

Broker | Casey Beyer
Casey holds personal, commercial, and life insurance agent licenses and worked as an independent agent. She joined Grinnell Specialty Agency in 2018. She is currently working on her surplus lines license and AINS designation. Casey and her husband have two children.

Administrative assistant | Amber Adams
Amber started with Grinnell Mutual in 2013 as a billing and customer service representative. In 2015, she became an administrative assistant with Grinnell Specialty Agency. She has a B.A. in Business Management from Buena Vista University and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). Amber enjoys spending time with her three children and watching them participate in their various activities. She also enjoys reading, scrapbooking, sewing, and attending Iowa Wild hockey games.

Assistant broker | Teresa Miller
Teresa started at Grinnell Mutual as an assistant commercial underwriter in 2005. In 2017, she became an assistant broker with Grinnell Specialty Agency. Teresa has her A.A. in Leadership Studies from William Penn University College for Working Adults and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, music, movies, and traveling.
